Datafrik Technologies Ltd — Effective upon access or registration

Datafrik Technologies Ltd (together with our affiliates, "Datafrik", "we", "us") provides digital services including data analytics, research, training, consulting, and related solutions through the Datafrik website located at https://datafrik.co and any associated platforms or tools (collectively, the "Site", and together with all services provided by Datafrik, the "Service").

2.2 Free Services

2.3 Paid Services

Paid services may be offered on a project-based, subscription-based, or retainer basis. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, paid services are non-transferable and intended solely for the client or entity named in the agreement.

3. Trials, Pilots, and Beta Services

From time to time, Datafrik may provide trial services, pilot projects, or early-access features ("Beta Services"). These are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Datafrik does not guarantee that Beta Services will be error-free, continuously available, or released into full production. We may modify or discontinue such services at any time without liability.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source materials or methodologies.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, card payment, or other approved methods. You authorise Datafrik (or its payment processors) to charge the selected payment method where applicable. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Termination and Cancellation

6.1 Termination by Datafrik

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse the Service.
• Payment obligations are not met.

Such termination may occur without prior notice, and Datafrik shall not be liable for any resulting loss.

6.2 Termination by You

You may terminate paid services in accordance with the cancellation terms stated in your specific service agreement. Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Datafrik makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datafrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
